Demolish one concrete precast garage. Re-roof and re-floor second concrete pre-cast garage. Re-brace all walled area, render outside of building in character with existing scout headquarters.
Surrounding area to be refurbished with slabs and gravel. To provide an area for outdoor activities such as outdoor cooking and outdoor scouting activities.
The refurbishment garage would be used as storage, desperately needed to preserve expensive equipment.
Given the little amount of funding required and the importance of Burntwood Scouting group I fully support this project. The fact that the work is also done by volunteers and funding is for just materials gets my thumbs up!
Burntwood scouts have been part of this community for many years. The leaders provide an excellent service and is entirely voluntary. This work will be done by volunteer parents mainly and is only a request for help with the materials which would be available for many future generations and should be supported.
